Two keys for health care debate

In the wake of Republican gains in the 2010 election, rhetoric from the presumptive new leadership indicates that a potential re-hashing of the health care debate may lie ahead. I offer two rules for business and government leaders to use in subsequent discussions relative to health care policy in this Op-Ed in the Deseret Morning News.
